Method

  1. Prep your ingredients:
    Peel the banana and measure out your frozen fruits.

  2. Blend the base:
    Add the blended green sachets, coconut water, almond milk, banana, and sweetener (if using) to a blender. Blitz until smooth.

  3. Add tropical fruit:
    Toss in your frozen mango and pineapple. Blend again until creamy and smooth.

  4. Pour into moulds:
    Distribute the mixture into ice lolly moulds, leaving a bit of space at the top.

  5. Insert sticks and freeze:
    Add the lolly sticks and freeze for 4–6 hours or until fully set.

    To remove, run the moulds under warm water for a few seconds. Gently pull the lollies out and enjoy!
