Ingredients:
⭐1 sachet Britts Superfoods Apple, Ginger, and Turmeric Juice
⭐200g grated carrots
⭐70g grated cheese
⭐2 eggs
⭐4 tbsp oat flour
⭐125ml water

Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees and line a baking sheet.
Mix grated carrots and water in a bowl, then microwave for 4 minutes.
Squeeze out excess water from the carrots.
Place carrots in a bowl and add the Britts Superfoods juice, grated cheese, eggs, oat flour. Mix into a dough.
Cut the dough into star shapes (or any shape you prefer).
Bake for 12 minutes.

Ingredients:

☃️1 sachet Britts Superfoods Apple, Ginger, and Turmeric Juice
☃️1 tsp lemon zest
☃️125g coconut flour
☃️64g oat flour
☃️5-6 tbsp creamy coconut milk
☃️5-6 tbsp agave syrup
☃️1 tsp vanilla extract
☃️50g flaked almonds
☃️64g shredded coconut
☃️50g flaked almonds
☃️64g shredded coconut
Snowball Treats

Instructions:

Combine the Britts Superfoods juice, lemon zest, coconut flour, oat flour, creamy coconut milk, agave syrup, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Add the flaked almonds and shredded coconut to the mixture, ensuring all ingredients are well combined. Form the mixture into a dough-like consistency. Place the dough in the fridge for 1-2 hours to allow it to firm up. Once chilled, take the dough out and roll it into bite-sized balls. Roll each ball in shredded coconut, ensuring an even coating. Place the coconut-coated balls back in the fridge for another hour to set. After firming up, your gluten-free and dairy-free Christmas treats are ready to be enjoyed. These delectable snacks can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days, making them a convenient make-ahead option for your holiday gatherings.

Reindeer Snacks

A festive treat for everyone, these little reindeer look delicious and are very healthy. Perfect for festive snacking.

You will need:
🦌I Britts Superfoods Apple, Ginger & Turmeric juice
🦌1 cup rolled oats
🦌1/2 cup chia seeds
🦌1/2 cup dried apricots
🦌1/2 cup dates
🦌1/2 cup dried cranberries
🦌1/2 cup toasted walnuts
🦌1 teaspoon cinnamon
🦌1 teaspoon ground cloves
🦌pretzels for decoration and white chocolate to glue sugar eyes

Directions:
Start by soaking the dates and apricots in a little water. Then blend everything in a mixer. You are looking for a dough that is not too smooth. Place dough in the fridge for half an hour to firm. Remove and form into round balls, half the pretzels for antlers and melt the chocolate to stick on the eyes. We used a glacier cherry for the mouth. If you like your treats sweeter simply add some agave syrup.

Pomegranate Seasonal Salad

This Pomegranate Salsa looks like Christmas in a bowl! A unique but super-fast holiday appetiser that wins huge raves every single time!

You will need:

🎄2 cups pomegranate arils
🎄1 sachet Britt’s Superfoods Elixir vitality juice
🎄1/2 cup chopped coriander
🎄1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
🎄1-3 tablespoons seeded, minced jalapeño
🎄2 tablespoons lime juice
🎄1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
🎄1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

In a medium-sized bowl, delicately mix together pomegranate arils, cilantro, onion, and jalapeño. In a smaller bowl, briefly whisk together lime juice, Elixir Vitality, oil, and honey until well combined. Pour the mixture over the pomegranate blend and gently stir to ensure even incorporation.

You can enjoy the dish right away or opt to refrigerate it for at least an hour, if time permits. Additionally, this flavourful creation can be prepared in advance, covered, and stored in the refrigerator for up to 1-2 days.

Festive Filo Crackers

These delectable crispy filo parcels make an ideal Christmas party appetizer or hors d'oeuvre to share with friends and family. Stuffed with a delightful blend of mushrooms, cranberries, chestnuts, and herbs, they pair perfectly with our refreshing apple, ginger, and turmeric juice.
 
Your will need:
🎉1 Britt’s Superfoods Apple, Ginger & Turmeric juice sachet
🎉400g chestnut Mushrooms 
🎉100g cooked chestnuts 
🎉1/2 cup fresh cranberries
🎉1 red onion
🎉1 large clove garlic
🎉7 sprigs fresh thyme
🎉2 sprigs fresh rosemary
🎉Salt & pepper
🎉4-5 sheets filo pastry
🎉1.5 tbsp dairy free butter
 
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a baking tray with 1/2 tbsp of butter. Finely chop the onion and garlic, and roughly chop the mushrooms, chestnuts, and cranberries. Add 2 sprigs of fresh thyme, chopped rosemary, and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the Superfood juice and sauté on medium heat for 15 minutes.
Unroll the pastry and fold it into a large square, approximately 10cm². Spoon 2-3 tbsp of the mixture onto the middle of the pastry.
Roll into sausage shapes and fasten at the end to resemble crackers.
Melt the butter in a saucepan and brush it over the parcels. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and crispy.
