Indoor or tray grown wheatgrass is often also high in unnecessary sugar, as the wheatgrass is hyper-accelerated and therefore does not have time to convert the sugars into nutrients and it therefore stays as sugar in the wheatgrass. Indoor tray grown is also likely to have a mould problem as the growing environment to unnaturally humid and warm. These moulds release mycotoxins, which have a terrible taste and cause side-effects such as dizziness, nausea and headaches. Our Wheatgrass, Kale, Barley and Beetroot are grown naturally and organically outside for 2-3 months the way nature intended. This means no sugar and no detectable mould – just pure, clean juice. This makes our juice taste 1000% better and when you drink our Juices there are none of the side-effects incorrectly characterised as “detoxification”.
